Subscriptions. You can cancel any time and your service continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not issue partial or pro-rated refunds for the current period. There are no cancellation fees.
Quoted custom work. Refund terms for bespoke development or automation are set out in each written quote, which controls for that engagement.
Billing disputes. If a charge looks wrong, email us first at hello@starhold.dev — we review billing disputes and respond within 5 business days, usually faster than a card dispute. You always retain your card network's chargeback rights.
Cancellation. Cancel from your account or by emailing hello@starhold.dev; service runs to the end of the paid period, then stops.
